Email Settings, POP and IMAP

The Following are email settings for configuring a POP or IMAP email account, using software such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, Apple's Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora or other email management software, as well as mobile devices such as Apple's iPhone, iPad, and also Windows phone, Android, Blackberry, and other mobile telephones.

Incoming Mail Server:
mail.domain.com
Example: mail.YourDomainName.com
Incoming port: 110

Outgoing (SMTP) mail server:
mail.domain.com
Example: mail.YourDomainName.com
Outgoing port: 25

User name:
Your full email address
Example: john@YourDomainName.com

Password:
The temporary password assigned to you, or one that you chose online. The same password used for webmail is used for any other email account configurations (such as your mobile phone, laptop, etc.).

Authentication: Use same settings as incoming mail server. Use "password" authentication.

Have you forgotten your email account password?
For privacy reasons, there is no record of your email password. However, one can reset an email password by logging in to the Mail Server as the Administrative user. Please see Resetting an Email Password.
