Instructions for resetting an email password

Windows® customers: login to webmail. In the "Settings" menu, located up/left, choose "My Settings". On the resulting screen, enter a new email password into the "new password" field.

Note: For privacy reasons, it is against Web Studio Seattle policy to maintain a record of any customer password. Web Studio Seattle encourages all users to reset any default password assigned with one of their own choosing. Please see the privacy statement for additional information.
