New Accounts:
Payment is due on the date that the account set-up letter is emailed to you.
Existing Accounts:
Hosting invoices are generally mailed or emailed 20-35 days prior to the due date.
Late Payments:
Please help keep costs low by making payment by the due date. If payment has not been received by the due date, we will contact you by email to remind you of the payment due. If payment has not been received within five (5) days, we may be forced to suspend or terminate your hosting account.
Domain Name Refunds Due to domain registrar policies, once a domain name is registered or renewed, refunds or exchanges are not available. All domain registration and renewal sales are final.
Hosting Refunds
Hosting set-up fees are not refundable once the account has been configured and the 'welcome' email has been sent.
Whole, unused month hosting fees are refundable only if you are dissatisfied with our services due to documented technical problems with the operation of our mail or web servers. The issue in question must be documented in writing prior to any refund request. The refund request must be received, in writing, within ten (10) days of the date of the technical problem. In thirteen years in business, we have never been asked to issue a refund of this nature. Refunds are not available, in any scenario, to those choosing the quarterly billing plans.
Credits/refunds resulting from a service reduction or account cancellation are not available. If you opt to reduce your service, the billing change, if any, will become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Search Engine Registration Refunds/credits are not available for search engine registration services.
