Adding or removing features

If additional web server space, more (or larger) email accounts, web statistics or other features are needed, please submit a support ticket or send us an email. We'll make it so!

Most changes are completed within 24 hours. If you're on a tight schedule, please let us know.

Refunds
Credits/refunds resulting from service reductions are not available. If you opt to reduce your service, the billing change will become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
